Sharing A Love Of Yoga Through Learning & Laughter

Weekly Class Schedule

MONDAY NIGHTS 6:30PM – 7:45PM

LEVEL 2 VINYASA FLOW CLASS

Energetically flowing classes that are creative and challenging. Come prepared for lots of core work and bring a sense of humour! Suitable for all levels with a good general level of fitness. Yoga Nidra at the end of class to ease you into a restful evening & sleep.

TUESDAY LUNCHTIME 12NOON – 1:00PM

LEVEL 1 VINYASA FLOW CLASS

The starter Vinyasa Class. Poses are generally held for less time and we build up to more complex poses in stages. Suitable for those who have never done yoga & also those with minor injuries wishing to take it a bit easier. Short Yoga Nidra to relax at the end of class.

FRIDAY MORNINGS 9:15AM – 10:15AM

LEVEL 2/3 VINYASA FLOW CLASS

A slightly more dynamic Vinyasa flow class to jump start your day with an emphasis on getting your energy up & moving! Work towards deeper postures after thoroughly warming up the body and end class with a brief Meditation to prep your brain for the day ahead.

Coming Soon - Yin Yoga

I'm super excited to be studying for my 50hr Yin Yoga Teacher Training qualification. I have long been a fan of Taoism after as a teen reading the book "The Tao of Pooh & The Te of Piglet" by Benjamin Hoff (if you haven’t already read it, you need to - it's brilliant). Yin yoga mixes Chinese Taoism & Meridians with the Classical Yoga Chakra system and has been amazing to learn about. I can't wait to put it all into practice!
