Sadhana Practice Programmes
Imagine how your life would be if you could get a good night's sleep, every night - and feel years younger because you have truckloads of energy all day, every day. Or how about waking up without the aching back, the stiff neck, the dodgy shoulder? Or saying goodbye to inappropriate reactions to stress, anger and frustration, and instead cultivating the tools to deal with these emotions in a healthy way when they arise - and the compassion to be kind to yourself when you fail.
The yoga solution to these and to many other body / mind / emotion concerns is a "sadhana" - a personalised yoga practice that your teacher makes for you to follow, then you re-assess the effects and re-jig as necessary. You can of course keep on with the same sadhana practice if it's working for you. As with most things in life, it works if you work it. I can't do the work for you! Be prepared to put in the effort but then sit back and enjoy the results.
Solo Private Classes
On any topic you choose - be it for physical aches and pains, mental clarity and stress-relief or emotional baggage removal! Or simply to come to a private yoga class a few times and see what's what before you take the plunge into general weekly classes.
Group Private Classes
Groups are welcome to make a booking for specific yoga needs or just because. If it's a hen party I will dress up (it might not be my first time).
